Coffee Grinder

The coffee grinder needs very little cleaning.

On a daily basis it needs to be wiped down very lightly with a damp cloth making sure that absolutely no water goes into the coffee container.
Once a month it is advisable to remove the coffee container.
It is very important to make sure that it is absolutely dry when re-inserting it.
The grinder is one of the most important tools in your constant search to make the perfect espresso.

The setting of the grinder in regards to the coarseness of the coffee is extremly important, this will determine your flow of coffee into the cup which needs to be perfect. (A finer grind for a slower flow is recommended).

The sharpness of the blades need to be checked after +- 400 - 450kg of coffee is consumed.

Have your grinder serviced on a regular basis (6 - 12 months)
